4 Luxury Resorts the Insta-Elite Can’t Get Enough Of

I don’t know about you but whenever I go on Instagram lately I find myself wishing I was in the pictures on my feed – sunning it up in some gorgeous lux location wearing the most dreamy outfits. (I know I get my fair share of holidays but still. FOMO!) Fashion-savvy lifestyle blogger Ella from Coco’s Tea Party feels the same. In this exclusive guest post for us she shares 4 awe-inspiring luxury resorts the Insta-Elite can’t get enough of.

For a small group of fashion bloggers and social media influencers life is one never-ending holiday. The first class lounge is their home-away-from-home and the beach is their office. We watch in wonder as they geo-tag their way around the world, dreaming about our next destination. Here are four of the luxury resorts that keep creeping into our Instagram feeds and fueling our sense of wanderlust…

Situated across two islands in the Indian Ocean, the beach resort is famed for its luxurious waterside villas and offers a range of Instagramable activities, including dolphin watching and snorkelling.

It’s no surprise that the world’s top fashion bloggers are constantly checking into this stylish Palm Springs resort: the photogenic interiors were designed by Jonathan Adler, and reel in the Instagram likes. The stylish 13-acre complex provides everything you could need for a relaxed vacation – there are three swimming pools on site, tennis courts, a bistro, a diner, lively bar, plus a spa and ballroom. However, if you want to score serious social media points head straight out onto the lawn for a game of croquet.

Dunton Hot Springs, Colorado

Visited by: Chiara and Valentina Ferragni and Julia Engel of Gal Meets Glam, amongst others.

Free from cell phone reception – but boasting high-speed internet in every log cabin – this Colorado ghost town has become an unexpected ‘It’ destination for social influencers. And it’s easy to see why. Dunton Hot Springs is so spectacularly beautiful no Instagram filter is necessary. Offering a long list of activities – from river rafting and kayaking to horse riding and fly fishing – it’s the perfect hideaway for the adventurous.

Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita, Mexico

You might wonder why the fash pack have been decamping to a golf resort tucked away in the small fishing town of Riviera Nayarit, Mexico. But take one look at the sandy beaches, blue skies and welcoming casitas, and all becomes clear. The resort makes the perfect backdrop for #ootd snaps. And if you visit between December and March you’re able to watch as families of humpback whales make their annual migration through the Bay – it’s the shot everyone wants for their Instagram feed!
