This week’s update comes from somewhere a little more glamourous than my dining table. Press play to find out more!

shangri la sydney officeWhere I’m Working:

From a luscious room on the 17th floor of the Shangri-La Sydney. Not only does this hotel come with exemplary service and drool-worthy views but it also has one of the fastest and FREE wifi services offered in the city. Great base for a travel blogger needing internet and inspiration. A full review will follow shortly.

What I’m Reading:

How A Password Changed My Life > loved this article on Medium in which one guy shares how he turned a tedious task into positive changes.

The 18 Ikea Items Found In Every First Apartment > as we’ve been racing around furniture stores over the last few weeks this article made me chuckle. We’re trying to avoid this happening but I can’t deny there will be some Ikea items sneaking into the flat.

What I’m Working On:

sydneysunset2Sourcing (humble) holiday braggies for Three mobile using Feel At Home. I hope to visit the set of my favourite Aussie soap next week…

What I’m Watching;

More Aussie dramas. Although I miss the US dramas we binged on via Netflix back in London I have found some great Aussie dramas to partially fill the void. We started watching weepy Offspring this week and got hooked on the love lives of 4 couples living in a shared house in Coogee (thank you Wonderlust).

What I’m Eating:

cake montageLess cake lest I kill myself! Had some great steak last night at Pony Dining on The Rocks. Succulent meat, chicken salt potatoes and some moreish game chips.

Got any questions you would like me to answer next week about living in Sydney or working as a travel blogger? Leave them in the comments below and I’ll include them in the next vid.
